RESEARCH WORKS
In accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Subsoil and Subsoil Use, during the production period, starting from the second year, the subsoil user is obliged to finance research, scientific, technical and (or) development works (hereinafter referred to as “R&D”) annually in the amount of 1% of the production costs incurred by the subsoil user during the previous year’s production.
On 14 June 2018, a new order of the Ministry of Investment and Development and the Ministry of Education and Science was signed on the Rules for Financing R&D Works in the Amount of One Per Cent of Production Costs Incurred by the Subsoil User in the Previous Year.
Thus, subsoil users carrying out production are obliged to direct funds for R&D to educational centres, autonomous cluster funds, Parks of Innovative Technologies and universities accredited in the system of the Ministry of Education and Science of the RK.
Two Key LLP has accreditation certificate No. 004685 dated 30 December 2015 as a subject of scientific and (or) scientific-technological activities, which allows our company to carry out R&D work in the field of subsoil use.
